French customers placed a repeat order for a batch of dinosaur models lately. We have established a cooperative relationship with him since 2017. After 6 years, the customer has always recognized in our quality and service, and our cooperation is also very tacit. It only took one month from the customer’s inquiry in October to the confirmation of the product and the transaction.
This batch of products mainly includes: Diplodocus skeleton, animatronic Parasaurolophus, animatronic Stegosaurus Family (including one big stegosaurus and three static baby stegosaurus), Fiberglass Dinosaur Head for taking photos, animatronic Velociraptor, etc.
During the production process, we sent pictures and videos to customers about every stage such as steel frame, sponge modeling, coloring, and finished products to ensure that any changes and improvements during the production process can be dealt with in time. During the modeling of this batch of models, the customer inquired again about some animal models and finally purchased a 2.5m high animatronic animals polar bear model. Finally, in mid-December, we finished the production of all the models. At the same time, we also helped customers purchase some goods from other manufacturers. After the customer confirmed the products through pictures and videos, he paid us the final payment soon. Because we signed the EXW clause with the customer, the customer arranges his own freight forwarder to pick up the goods at the factory. We also did auxiliary work accordingly.
