1. Design And Drawing
According to the dinosaur species, size, movement requirements, and customer project needs, our engineers create detailed production drawings and plan the mechanical structure and walking system.
2. Mechanical Steel Frame Fabrication
Workers weld the steel frame based on the design drawings and install motors, transmission systems, and the moving chassis.
After the steel frame is completed, the internal system undergoes more than 24 hours of continuous testing, including movement adjustment, wiring inspection, and operation testing.
3. Body Shaping
High-density foam is used to build the dinosaur body shape, including muscles, limbs, and overall appearance.
4. Skin Texture Carving
Our experienced workers hand-carve realistic skin textures, muscle details, veins, and facial expressions to make the animatronic dinosaur look more lifelike.
5. Coloring And Waterproof Treatment
Three layers of neutral silicone are applied to the skin surface to improve waterproof performance and durability.
After that, the dinosaur is hand-painted. Natural colors, vivid colors, movie-style painting, and customized designs are all available.
6. Factory Testing
Before delivery, the finished walking dinosaur undergoes more than 48 hours of aging and operation testing.
