Recently, Kawah Dinosaur Company successfully customized a batch of animatronic simulation model products for American customers, including a butterfly on the tree stump, a snake on the tree stump, an animatronic tiger model, and a Western dragon head. In September 2023, American customers visited Kawah Dinosaur factory for the first time and gained a deeper understanding of the simulation model products and production processes. Our General Manager personally entertained the customers and tasted Zigong local delicacies together. The customers placed a sample order on the spot. Less than two months later, the customer came back and placed a formal order. We communicated with the customer many times to discuss the details of the order in detail, including the movement selection, spray effect, startup method, color, and size of the simulation model. According to the customer’s request, the tree stump and tiger products need to be placed against the wall, so we customized a flat back and fixed it with expansion screws. During the production process, we provide photos and videos of the production progress for customer feedback to ensure that problems are solved on time. Finally, after a 25-day construction period, these simulation model products were successfully completed and passed the customer’s acceptance.
