Recently, Kawah Factory completed a batch of custom Zigong lanterns for a U.S. customer. The products passed the customer’s inspection and have now been shipped to Augusta, Kansas, USA. This is the third project we have completed for this customer. The project features a wide range of custom animal lanterns, dinosaur lanterns, and marine animal lanterns, including lion, tiger, panda, T-Rex, Dilophosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Triceratops, peacock, wasp, seahorse, octopus, dolphin, sea turtle, and butterfly lanterns.
Custom Animal and Dinosaur Lanterns
All lanterns in this project were customized according to the customer’s requirements, with different designs and lighting effects for different subjects.
The Western dragon lantern and unicorn lanterns feature left-to-right head movement and flowing LED light strips. The moving lights create a continuous flowing effect that makes these lanterns stand out at night.
The other animal and dinosaur lanterns use traditional static lantern designs, with the shapes, colors, and LED lighting used to highlight the characteristics of each subject.
Traditional Zigong Lantern Craftsmanship
Kawah Factory produces Chinese lanterns and custom Zigong lanterns using materials such as silk and fabric. A metal frame provides the internal structure, while traditional covering techniques and high-quality LED lighting are used to complete the lanterns.
Each lantern goes through several production processes, including cutting, covering, gluing, hand painting, LED installation, and assembly. Details are carefully finished according to the shape and design of each product.
