Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, our sales manager and operations manager accompanied American customers to visit the Zigong Kawah Dinosaur Factory. After arriving at the factory, the GM of Kawah warmly received four customers from the United States and accompanied them throughout the entire process to visit the mechanical production area, art work area, electrical work area, etc.
American customers were the first to see and test ride the children dinosaur ride car product, which is the latest batch produced by Kawah Dinosaur. It can move forward, backward, rotate and play music, can carry a weight of more than 120kg, is made of steel frame, motor and sponge, and is very durable. The features of children dinosaur ride car are small size, low cost and wide application range. It can be used in dinosaur parks, shopping malls, amusement parks, theme parks, festivals and exhibitions, etc. It is very convenient.
Next, the customers came to the mechanical production area. We explained the production process of the dinosaur model in detail to them, including the selection and difference of raw materials, the steps and procedures for silicone glue, the brand and use of the motor and reducer, etc., so that the customer had a further understanding of the simulation model’s production procedures.
In the display area, American customers were very happy to see many products.
For example, the 4-meter-long Velociraptor stage walking dinosaur product, through remote control, can make this big guy move forward, backward, rotate, open its mouth, roar and other movements;
The 5-meter-long riding crocodile can carry a weight of more than 120kg while crawling on the ground;
The 3.5-meter-long walking Triceratops, through continuous technological research and development, we have made the dinosaur’s walking more and more realistic, and it is also very safe and stable.
The 6-meter-long animatronic Dilophosaurus is characterized by its smooth and wide movements and realistic effects.
For the 6-meter Animatronic Ankylosaurus, we used a sensing device, which allowed the dinosaur can turn left or right according to tracking the visitor’s position.
The 1.2-meter-tall new product – animatronic dinosaur egg, the dinosaur eyes can also turn left or right according to tracking the visitor’s position. The customer said “ this one is really cute, really love it”.
The 2-meter-tall animatronic horse, the customers tried to ride it on the spot, and performed a “galloping horse” show for everyone.
In the meeting room, the customer checked the product catalog one by one. We played many videos of products that the customer was interested in (like dinosaurs of various sizes, western dragon heads, dinosaur costumes, pandas, snails, talking trees, and corpse flowers). After that, we were discussing issues in detail, such as the size and style of customized products required by customers, fire-resistant high-density sponge, production cycle, quality inspection process, etc. Later, the customer placed an order on the spot, and we further discussed relevant issues. Our professional opinions also provided some new ideas for the customer’s project business.
That night, GM accompanied our American friends to taste truly Zigong cuisine. The atmosphere was warm that night, and the customers were very interested in Chinese food, Chinese liquor, and Chinese culture. The customer said: This was an unforgettable trip.
