What's Animatronic Dinosaur?
Animatronic Dinosaur is the use of cable-pulled devices or motors to emulate a dinosaur or bring lifelike characteristics to an otherwise inanimate object.
Motion actuators are often used to imitate muscle movements and create realistic motions in limbs with imaginary dinosaur sounds.
Dinosaurs are covered with body shells and flexible skins made of hard and soft foam and silicone materials and finished with details like colors, hair, feathers, and other components to make the dinosaur more lifelike.
We consult with paleontologists to make sure that each dinosaur is scientifically realistic.
Our life-like dinosaurs are loved by visitors to Jurassic Dinosaur Theme Parks, museums, scenic spots, exhibitions, and most dinosaur lovers.
Animatronic Dinosaurs Manufacturing Process
1. Steel Framing
Inner steel frame to support the external shape. It contains and protects electric parts.
2. Modeling
Incise the original sponge into suitable parts, assemble and paste to cover the finished steel frame. Preliminarily make the product shape.
3. Carving
Accurately carving each part of the model to have realistic features, including muscles and obvious structure, etc.
4. Painting
According to the required color style, firstly mix the specified colors and then paint on different layers.
5. Final Testing
We inspect and make sure all motions are correct and sensitive as per the specified program, Color style and pattern are in accord with the required. Each dinosaur will also be continuously operated testing one day before shipping.
6. On-site Installation
We will send engineers to the customer's place to install dinosaurs.
