Recently, the Kawah Dinosaur Factory in Zigong welcomed several overseas clients from Australia, Brazil, Russia, and South Korea. The purpose of their visit was to see the production process in person and to look for a suitable manufacturing partner for theme park and related projects. Before the visit, we usually confirm the travel schedule in advance, including arrival time, airport or hotel pickup if needed, and the product types the clients are interested in. This helps us prepare the visit efficiently and allows clients to focus on relevant customized models and simulated models within limited time.
During the factory tour, our sales manager and production and technical staff accompany the clients through the workshop. We introduce the main materials, internal structure, manufacturing methods, and overall production process of realistic dinosaur and other simulated model products. We also discuss practical topics such as production lead time, customization scope, quality control, installation, park support, and after-sales service.
Clients from different countries and projects focus on different issues. For example, Russian clients pay more attention to product performance in low-temperature environments, Australian clients are concerned about stability under high temperatures, while Brazilian clients focus more on startup performance and daily operation. Based on past project experience, we provide corresponding technical explanations and customized model suggestions according to the actual usage environment.
Currently, the Kawah factory produces a wide range of products, including realistic dinosaur models, simulated animals, dinosaur costumes, and skeleton models. We also manufacture customized interactive equipment, park installations, and lantern products according to project requirements. Most products are adjusted in size, movement, structure, and installation method to meet different project needs.
Through these visits, both sides gain a clearer understanding of the products, cooperation process, and project execution.
