This “Lucidum”night lantern exhibition is located in Murcia, Spain, covering about 1,500 square meters, and officially opened on December 25, 2024. On the opening day, it attracted reports from several local media, and the venue was crowded, bringing visitors an immersive light and shadow art experience. The biggest highlight of the exhibition is the “immersive visual experience,” where visitors can walk along a circular path to enjoy lantern artworks of different themes. The project was jointly planned by Kawah Lanterns, a Zigong lantern factory, and our partner in Spain. From planning to implementation, we maintained close communication with the client to ensure smooth progress in design, production, and installation.
· Project Implementation Process
In mid-2024, Kawah officially started cooperation with the client in Spain, discussing the exhibition theme planning and the layout of lantern displays through multiple rounds of communication and adjustments. Due to the tight schedule, we arranged production immediately after the plan was finalized. The Kawah team completed more than 40 lantern models within 25 days, delivered on time, and successfully passed client acceptance. During production, we strictly controlled key materials such as wire-welded frames, silk fabrics, and LED light sources to ensure accurate shapes, stable brightness, and safe use, suitable for outdoor exhibitions. The exhibition features a wide variety of themes, including elephant lanterns, giraffe lanterns, lion lanterns, flamingo lanterns, gorilla lanterns, zebra lanterns, mushroom lanterns, seahorse lanterns, clownfish lanterns, sea turtle lanterns, snail lanterns, frog lanterns, and more, creating a colorful and lively light world for the exhibition area.
