Animatronic Dinosaurs Manufacturing Process
1. Steel Framing
Inner steel frame to support the external shape. It contains and protects electric parts.
2. Modeling
Incise the original sponge into suitable parts, assemble and paste to cover the finished steel frame. Preliminarily make the product shape.
3. Carving
Accurately carving each part of the model to have realistic features, including muscles and obvious structure, etc.
4. Painting
According to the required color style, firstly mix the specified colors and then paint on different layers.
5. Final Testing
We inspect and make sure all motions are correct and sensitive as per the specified program, Color style and pattern are in accord with the required. Each dinosaur will also be continuously operated testing one day before shipping.
6. On-site Installation
We will send engineers to the customer’s place to install dinosaurs.

All products will be made for aging test over 24 hours after the dinosaur frame and finished products are finished. And products are only sent to customers when we get the customer’s confirmation at least three times.
